The April patch is a bug-fix release. Cleaving Blow's Precision modifier was misconfigured at 0.05 since launch; the v0.4.3 fix moves it to the documented 0.15. This is a substantial buff to the Rampager subclass against single-target encounters.
The audit confirmed Lightning Strike (Artificer) and Rain of Arrows (Ranger) are at their documented Precision values.
