The Master

Located in A Dark Mirror encounter in the Dungeon. Defeating him and accepting his deal starts the Cycle of Death quest. To complete it, you must survive the rest of the run and defeat the Bone Drake - at which point the Withered Race becomes purchasable for 300 Cealts.
